Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for fulfillment.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 5-12 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take 48-72 hours to reflect in the system.
  • Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Gazinta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
  • If an order is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
  • Gazinta is not responsible for customs processing times or additional charges incurred during international shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@gazintaapp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will review the claim and provide a replacement if necessary.
