Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or high-demand periods.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for fulfillment.
Shipping Times & Costs
- Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Estimated shipping times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-12 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take 48-72 hours to reflect in the system.
- Delivery times may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- Gazinta is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
- If an order is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to the carrier.
International Shipping & Customs
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
- Gazinta is not responsible for customs processing times or additional charges incurred during international shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@gazintaapp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will review the claim and provide a replacement if necessary.
