Gazinta Merchandise Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Gazinta merch! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference. However, exchanges are available for sizing adjustments.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gazintaapp.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped as soon as the return is processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Gazinta Application Refund Policy:
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Customers who subscribe to Gazinta on a monthly plan are eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 7 days of subscribing. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or by emailing info@gazintaapp.com.
If a cancellation request is made after 7 days, no refund will be provided. However, the subscription will remain active until the next billing date, at which point it will not renew automatically. Users will continue to have full access to Gazinta's features until their billing cycle ends.
Annual Subscription Refunds
Customers who subscribe to Gazinta on an annual plan are eligible for a full refund if requested within the first 7 days of subscribing. Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or by emailing info@gazintaapp.com.
For refund requests made after 7 days, Gazinta does not offer automatic refunds. However, exceptions may be made at our discretion. Users may submit a refund request through our contact form or by emailing info@gazintaapp.com, and our team will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
If an annual subscription is canceled, the user will retain access to Gazinta until the end of their one-year subscription period, after which the plan will not renew automatically.
